Exceptional Jewellery & Watches was founded in Dubai in January 2023 by Rashad Ali, driven by his passion for watch collecting and his interest in fine jewellery, diamonds, and gemstones. As a Certified Graduate Gemologist, Rashad brings both personal collecting experience and gemological knowledge to the business.
